Working at REA
REA is a fast-growing, technology-driven accounting company built entirely around real estate. Every engagement is property accounting, so the expertise you build here compounds instead of being spread thin across unrelated industries.

We've cracked the code on work-life harmony. Flexibility isn't just a perk, it's our way of life. Crush your goals and still make it to that weekend getaway or your kid's recital.
Hungry for growth? We're obsessed with it. With support at every turn, your career trajectory is limitless.
We reward excellence with competitive salaries, but it's not just about the paycheck. It's about creating a life you love and feeling valued every day.
